Channeling Difficulty (Preserve)

Modifiers: - Stable target: +0 - Failing system: +2 - Actively collapsing: +4 - Near death: +6

Maintenance

Preserve always requires maintenance. - Ka is paid per interval. - Loss of Channeling ends the effect immediately.

Burn

Burn may be taken to: - extend preservation briefly - prevent immediate collapse on interruption

Design Notes

  • Preserve delays consequence, it does not remove it.
  • When Preserve ends, effects resume immediately.
